Ambassador’s Message

Labas! As the first Ambassador of Ireland resident in Lithuania, it was my great honour and pleasure to establish our Embassy in Vilnius in September, 2005.  Since then, our Chancery office was opened in the historic building of Gedimino 1 in May 2006 (a short history of Gedimino 1 can be found in this section). We aim to offer a genuine Irish Cead Míle Fáilte - one hundred thousand welcomes to all our visitors, including those of you who access our virtual Embassy!

Our ambition is to offer a best-in-class service to all our clients, whether it is a business, consular matter or tourism enquiry and to establish the Embassy as a centre of excellence.  In that context, we would welcome your opinion, feed-back and suggestions.
